Where do your plants come from?
All our plants come from Dutch growers in the polder . We consciously choose short supply chains: less transport, fresher greenery, and better quality.
How are the plants shipped?
We ship with PostNL . Your plant will be carefully packed so that it arrives sturdy and protected.
Can I get advice on which plant suits my interior?
Yes. Send us your style (e.g. Japandi/Bohemian), lighting, and desired height, and we will provide targeted advice .
How do I care for my plant after delivery?
Allow your plant to acclimatize for a while (avoid direct sunlight or drafts), check the soil, and only water when necessary. Each plant requires specific care; you can find this information on the product page.
What is the delivery time?
You usually receive your order within 1–3 working days (depending on PostNL, the grower, and the time of ordering).
Can I choose a delivery date?
Usually not at the moment. Would you prefer to receive it on a specific day? Just send us a message, and we'll see what is feasible.
Will I get exactly the same plant as in the photo?
You will receive the same species and size , but every plant is unique. Small differences in leaf arrangement, shape, or color tones are normal — that is precisely the living character.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Report it to us immediately (preferably within 24 hours ) with photos of the plant and the packaging . We will then resolve it quickly and properly with you.
What if my pot arrives damaged?
In that case too, please send us photos of the product and the box within 24 hours . We will arrange a suitable solution.
Can I return plants?
No. Plants are living products and cannot re-enter the chain after delivery.
Can I cancel an order?
If you act quickly: sometimes. Send a message immediately; once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is usually no longer possible.
How do I know which pot size fits my plant?
Many plants include a recommendation for the minimum pot size . Unsure? Send a screenshot of your plant variety (height/Ø) and we will advise you immediately.
Do you sell indoor pots or decorative pots?
We sell decorative pots (the “look”). The plant’s nursery pot usually goes inside. Optionally, you can use an insert pot or a saucer.
Does every pot have a drainage hole?
Not always. For indoor use, that is often actually desirable. Tip: use an insert pot , hydro granules, or a saucer to keep it practical and beautiful.
Are your plants air-purifying?
Some types have a mild air-purifying effect . Think of it as a nice bonus, but the greatest effect lies in the atmosphere, tranquility, and vibrancy in your interior.
Are plants safe for pets?
That varies by species. For every plant, we indicate whether it is pet-friendly . Are you unsure? Ask us, and we will check.
Do you also supply to companies or interior design projects?
Yes, that is possible. For offices, hospitality projects, or interior styling, you can contact us for a proposal.
